Eco Bosvilla Wateren is the largest and most luxurious holiday home from Boshuisjes Drenthe — sustainably built from wood, gas-free, and tastefully furnished with natural materials. The house accommodates 1–7 people and features a sauna, a designer kitchen with a Quooker and Kamado BBQ, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Inside the house, there is a unique huddle net for the children and plenty of toys, games, and (comic) books. The 2,400m² forest garden has a spacious west-facing terrace, 2 hammocks, and a swing. The Drents-Friese Wold — the second-largest nature reserve in the Netherlands — literally begins the moment you step out the door. Extra babies and dogs are very welcome.

" It was wonderfully quiet, no road noise - just birdsong. The landscape is very varied, forests with ferns and moss, many different mushrooms, heathland and small waters nearby. The house is great! Modern, cozy and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The house was very clean and the bathrooms are a dream! We also made extensive use of the sauna and the kitchen was very well equipped. The fact that there was a washing machine and dryer is a real luxury and very convenient. Our child also felt very comfortable. There were various games and toys and the hammocks are a dream! There were 4 adults, 1 child and 3 dogs in the house. Everyone had enough space to retreat in between and we had a relaxing, wonderful time in Wateren."

What should I take into account?

The arrival and departure days are flexible.

Red is fully booked. Light green means no arrival day. Dark green is available. Half a green/red means it is only an arrival or departure day.

The minimum number of nights is 3, and 5 during the summer holidays. Sometimes a shorter stay is possible; if so, you can select this.

After selecting, you will see the rate for this period. Cleaning costs including linen and tourist tax will be added to this if you proceed.

Arrival from 16:00 and departure time until 10:30.

Cancellation is possible up to 6 weeks before arrival, see the terms and conditions.
Prices
We notice that many guests do not necessarily want to stay for a week or arrive on Friday or Saturday. We are flexible in this and use a price per night for Friday/Saturday and Sunday - Thursday + cleaning and tourist tax. Public holidays are weekend rate. Minimum 3 nights with the exception of the summer holidays (5 nights+).
VAT from 1 January 21% on accommodation (was 9%) and linen. 9% on Cleaning.
