PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• A deposit of 50% of the rent is due within seven days after making this reservation.

• After receipt of the deposit, the Boshuisje is definitively booked.

• The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the rental period.

• The rent includes tourist tax, wifi, gas and electricity. Charging electric cars will be charged separately in accordance with the electricity rates. In that case, we would like to hear about it. Linen (bed, bath and kitchen) can be booked separately.

• In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start by tenant or landlord of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be returned, minus the administration costs stated in the confirmation. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks, no refund will be made. We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance. This covers you for cancellations due to illness and any damage.

• CONDITIONS

• The main tenant must be present during the entire rental period (no proxy rental). Check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests agreed upon at the time of booking must be adhered to.

• No parties, events or other commercial activities are allowed on the property without prior permission from the owner.

• All our destinations are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside and cigarettes / butts must be extinguished and disposed of in ashtrays you have brought with you.

• Renters agree to keep the property and all furniture in good condition and to use only appliances for their intended use.

• Primary Tenant acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for each guest or guardian during their booked period and are solely responsible for any property damage, accidents, injuries or loss incurred to any person during the property.

• Boshuisjes Drenthe accepts no legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians assume all risks of injury or other loss resulting from any recreational activity and will indemnify the owner for them. The Guest hereby agrees to indemnify the owners and employees from any claim, including that of third parties, arising out of or resulting in any way from the Guests' use of the property or the items therein. Owners cannot be held responsible for: The failure of another business due to a fault or service interruption of that business {i.e. electricity, water, gas, cable, wireless provider, etc.} and acts of neighbours such as: construction, road repair and maintenance or force majeure (weather). However, owners agree to do everything humanly possible to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

• No refunds or adjustments to rental prices will be made for any of the above conditions.

• The accommodations are self-sufficient, you must provide your own food.

• Bed linen, sheets and towels are provided by Boshuisjes Drenthe if booked and paid for and must be left at the accommodation on departure without defects.

• Guests are responsible for reporting any damage as soon as they detect it.

• HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in time is clearly indicated per house in the information provided. This may differ from Airbnb, as there are no half hours to fill in. Our times are suffering.

• Waste (- everything) is thrown away by the guests before departure. Also paper, glass, deposit bottles, etc. The pass is returned to the guest book in the house. If accidentally taken with you, it will be sent to the house the same day as a package (no letterbox package) so that the next guests receive the pass at the house and can use it.

• Dogs and other pets are welcome under the following conditions: NOT without bringing your own rugs on sofas and chairs. NOT in bedrooms. Guests with pets deliver the house hair-free. Vacuum cleaner and extra dust bags are provided.

• NO loud music.

• NO parties, events or other commercial activities without prior permission from owners.

• NO Smoking.

• NO drugs.

• NO noise allowed on the path or in the parking lot. NO tents allowed on the site.

• It is NOT allowed to invite people into the house without prior permission from the owners.

• It is NOT allowed to have more people stay in the house than has been booked for.

• The main tenant must be present during the rental period (no proxy rental).

• Oh yes, the house is in the woods. There are spiders, flies, ants and all kinds of other insects and animals in the area and sometimes in the house.... And lots of leaves.
