What should I take into account?
Use the filter button if you want to see a specific house. Or go to that house's page, where the calendar for that house is located.
The arrival and departure days are flexible.
Red is fully booked. Dark green is available. Half a green/red means it is only a departure day.
The minimum number of nights is 2. For the villa, 3. Summer holidays: 7 and 5 respectively. Sometimes a shorter stay is possible; if so, you can select this.
After selecting, you will see the rate for this period. Cleaning costs and tourist tax will be added to this if you proceed, and extra linen if desired.
How can I book?
1: via the calendar below. Tick the correct number of people and whether you want 'Linen'. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information and payment instructions. Payment can be made via iDEAL or by bank transfer.
2: via the form at the bottom of this page. Indicate the desired period, number of people, and with/without linen, and you will receive a proposal.

We notice that many guests do not necessarily want to stay for a week or arrive on Friday or Saturday. We are flexible in this and use a price per night for Friday/Saturday and Sunday - Thursday + cleaning and tourist tax. Public holidays are weekend rate. Minimum 2 nights (villa 3) with the exception of the summer holidays and New Year's Eve.

All prices are incl. VAT.
From 1 January 2026, VAT will be 21% on overnight stays taking place in 2026 (was 9%) and linen. 9% on Cleaning. Tourist tax is exempt from VAT.
