What should I take into account?

• Arrival and departure days are flexible.

• The minimum number of nights is 2. For the villa, it's 3. Summer holidays: 7 and 5 nights respectively. Sometimes a shorter stay is possible, in which case you can select this.

• Arrival and departure dates are dark green. Red means fully booked.

• If you want to see a specific house: use the filter button.

• After selecting your stay, you'll see the rate for the number of nights. Cleaning fees and tourist tax will be added as you proceed, along with additional linens if desired.

• Arrival and departure times vary slightly per house. Arrival around 3:30 PM and departure by 10:30 AM.

• Cancellation is possible up to 6 weeks before arrival, see the conditions

What is the structure of the rates?

• Rates vary by season: April to October and November to March, as well as during the summer holidays.

• You will see the rate when you select the days and in the screen that then opens you will see the number of people.

• Friday and Saturday rates are higher than Sunday - Thursday rates

• November - March: 10% discount from 4 nights.

• Last minute rate will appear when available
