What should I take into account?

If you'd like to see a specific house, use the filter button. Or go to the page for that house, where you'll find its calendar.

Arrival and departure days are flexible.

Red is fully booked. Dark green is available. Light green is not an arrival date. Half green/red means it's only an arrival or departure date.

The minimum number of nights is 2. For the villa, it's 3. Summer holidays: 7 and 5, respectively. Sometimes a shorter stay is possible, in which case you can select this.

After selecting your stay, you'll see the rate for this period. Cleaning fees and tourist tax will be added as you proceed, along with additional linens if desired.

Arrival and departure times vary slightly per house. Arrival around 3:30 PM and departure by 10:30 AM.

How can I book?

1: Use the calendar below. Select a period to see the rates for each night. The next screen displays the total price, including cleaning, tourist tax, and optional linen. Don't forget to select the correct number of people. Payment can be made via iDEAL or bank transfer.

2: You can also book by specifying the desired period, number of people, and whether you want linen or not via the form. You'll then receive a proposal.

Prices

We notice that many guests do not necessarily want to stay for a week or arrive on Friday or Saturday. We are flexible in this and use a price per night for Friday/Saturday and Sunday - Thursday + cleaning and tourist tax. Public holidays are weekend rate. Minimum 2 nights (villa 3) with the exception of the summer holidays and New Year's Eve.

All prices are incl. VAT.
From 1 January 2026, VAT will be 21% on overnight stays taking place in 2026 (was 9%) and linen. 9% on Cleaning. Tourist tax is exempt from VAT.

Our rates, by no means everything. The houses are very complete, there is everything. The VAT increase takes some getting used to for everyone. These rates are necessary to be able to maintain the cottages and gardens, to replace everything that breaks, to pay all fixed costs and not to save on the holiday feeling, pleasant arrival and stay. They are not bare houses with little garden and empty cupboards. Cleaning and linen are outsourced. For the future, investments are needed in maintenance and to meet the requirements and wishes of our time. We save a large part of the income to improve the houses and thus be able to offer them in the future.
