For the future, investments are needed in maintenance and to meet the requirements and wishes of our time. About us In March 2020 - the first lockdown - we came to the Drents-Friese Wold for the first time and were immediately enchanted by the beautiful nature and tranquility What a wonderful environment to catch your breath. And we like to offer that to others: slowing down, space for relaxation, making memories together and a place where new ideas arise. A house where you feel welcome, the little details have been taken into account so that you can relax. With an eye for the environment: natural materials where possible. The variation with the care for guests, the houses and gardens (hands on) works very well for us. 1 house became 2, 3 and then there were 6. Terms And conditions By booking with Boshuisjes Drenthe, you agree to the following important terms and conditions: Payment and cancellations conditions: A deposit of 50% of the rent is due within seven days of making the reservation. After receipt of the down payment, the Boshuisje is definitively booked. No later than six weeks before the start of the rental period, the remaining amount must be paid. The rental price includes tourist tax, wifi, gas and electricity. Separate charges are made for charging electric cars in accordance with the electricity rates. In that case, please let us know. Linen (bed, bath and kitchen) can be booked separately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, 100% of the down payment will be returned, minus €50 administration costs. In case of cancellation within the 6-week period, no refund will be made. We recommend travel and cancellation insurance if you do not already have it. The main tenant must be present during the entire rental period (no proxy rental). The check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests agreed at the time of booking must be adhered to. No parties, events or other commercial activities are allowed on the property without prior permission from the owner. All our destinations are smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed outside and cigarettes / butts should be extinguished and disposed of in ashtrays brought by yourself. Tenants agree to keep the property and all furniture in good condition and only use appliances for their intended use. Primary tenant acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for any guest or guardian during their booked period and are solely responsible for any property damage, accidents, injuries or loss incurred to any person while at the property. Guests and guardians accept all risks of injury or other loss resulting from any recreational activity and will indemnify the owner in this regard. The Guest hereby agrees to indemnify the owners and employees against any claim, including that of third parties, arising out of or in any way resulting from guests' use of the property or items therein. Owners cannot be held responsible for: The failure of another company due to a fault or service interruption of that company {i.e. electricity, water, gas, cable, wireless provider, etc.} and actions of neighbours such as: construction, road repair and maintenance or force majeure (weather). However, owners agree to do everything humanly possible to resolve any problem as soon as possible. No refunds or rent adjustments will be made for any of the above conditions. The accommodations are self-catering, you must provide your own food. Bed linen, sheets and towels - if additional and paid for - are provided by Boshuisjes Drenthe and must be left at the accommodation without defects on departure. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage as soon as they detect it. House Rules: Separate charges are made for charging electric cars in accordance with the electricity tariffs. In that case, please let us know. Is something broken? Please let us know before departure so we can fix it or have it replaced. We do not charge for dogs.
