Boshuisje Oude Willem relax in the middle of the Drents-Friese Wold In Drenthe vlakbij de grens met Friesland ligt Boshuisje Oude Willem middenin het Drents -Friese Wold. No parties, events or other commercial activities are allowed on the property without prior permission from the owner. All our destinations are non-smoking. Tenants agree to keep the property and all furniture in good condition and to use appliances only for their intended use. Primary Tenant acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for each guest or guardian during their booked period and are solely responsible for any property damage, accidents, injuries or loss incurred to any person during the property. Boshuisjes Drenthe does not accept any legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians assume all risk of injury or other loss resulting from any recreational activity and will indemnify the owner for this. The Guest hereby agrees to indemnify the owners and employees against any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way resulting from the guests' use of the property or the items contained therein. Owners cannot be held responsible for: The failure of another business due to a fault or service interruption of that business {i.e. electricity, water, gas, cable, wireless carrier, etc.} and acts of neighbours such as: construction, road repair and maintenance or force majeure (weather). Walking and cycling The houses are located in one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands. The Drents-Friese Wold is very varied with large forests, vast sand plains, heathland and lakes. Yes, there are 2 cars in the driveway at each house. Are dogs welcome? Dogs are very welcome! However, with a maximum of three large and four small dogs. The houses are too small for more dogs.
